In the heart of the Alps, the magnificent village of Bruson will welcome producers from all over the Alps, from Slovenia to France, via Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to promote the gastronomic heritage of the Alps.
The Grand Marché des Terroirs Alpins is the new must-attend event to stock up on local mountain products, discover new recipes from top chefs, and taste wines and cheeses from every region of the Alps. This large-scale event will also host numerous workshops, roundtables and events, while providing an opportunity to debate why the Alps are a country, all in the festive and convivial atmosphere of the PALP, of course with music, choreography and cultural gems.
The idea is also to raise awareness of mountain farming through conferences and screenings, but above all to rediscover ancestral knowledge through direct exchanges with the best ambassadors, the producers.
