Tickets are neither returnable nor exchanged and are non-refundable.

Security

The safety of festivalgoers is their responsibility outside the concert venue perimeter.

Respect for Organizers’ Instructions

As many PALP events take place in special locations (high mountains, alpine pastures, protected areas, historical sites), the audience undertakes to respect the organizers’ instructions.

Validity

Only tickets obtained directly through the Infomaniak platform are valid. Any reproduction, modification, or imitation of tickets is prohibited.
