Embark on a journey through the authentic flavours of our mountains! Over sixty producers will introduce you to the specialities and culinary delights of their region.
You’ll find delicious cheeses made from cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk, as well as syrups, jams, locally grown fruits and vegetables, black garlic and cured meats. As you wander through the picturesque village of Bruson, each stall offers a unique tasting experience.
Collecting and cultivating of wild plants is also at the heart of this year’s event, promising to delight the whole family. The wild side of nature will be presented in a gentle and creative way.
To satisfy big and small appetites alike, there will be several gastronomic discovery areas throughout the market to tantalise your sense of smell and delight your taste buds.
Please note that a special family zone will offer numerous workshops, children’s concerts, and tasting experiences.
