150 years of history recounted with passion. Period tools, documents, works sculpted from this noble material.
Paris, Washington and Aachen have showcased it. Entrepreneurs and workers – with varying degrees of fortune – tackled it with their bare hands, but also with the help of the steepest funicular railway. The church in Saillon and many others in the old country are the last remaining witnesses to this.
